  First off ignore the comments about the office staff being rude because that's not true and it's just people throwing stuff against the wall. These are nice apartments in a great location! The apartments have washer/dryer connections which is nice but that particular closet is the biggest storage area in the apartments so you should be packing light or go without the w/d. The only other storage is a fairly small closet off the porch which isn't big enough for anything more than some camping gear or a few boxes. The fireplace is a nice touch in the winter. Here's the pragmatic issue for renters around Denver: Your rent WILL go up and it has for me several times but in small increments. This time the renewal offer was a whopping 20% increase but it appears the front office was willing to compromise some and keep me around for a little longer which is appreciated.
